In the pursuit of honesty, my story has a few bumps in the road in line of service: with the lateness of the appointment and the misquote. However, that said, and in the same line of honesty, I was pretty grouchy, and kind of trying not to be too rude, which came off rash. I was happy with the professionalism that Frew and their technician, Erik, offered. Things like my split level HVAC have a cost to fix and maintain, and that's just life. But Erik did take the extra time, despite my attitude, to tell me how to maintain it in the future and explained the issues well. Finally, when sticker shock faced the already distraught customer, they worked with me. I was happy with the professionalism, when they could have easily stood their ground, given my attitude. I would likely use Frew again if I ever had plumbing or HVAC work again. But, for my own sanity, I do hope I won't need to use them again. Haha!
