I appreciate the work that was done at our facility. I would like to see communications improved by the on site technical personnel.
I requested that I be notified when the technical person was en route. I was never notified when the technical person was en route or at our site. I also asked for follow up support with our toilets, which was done, but I the technician left without speaking to me about the problem and I had to call the office to request another call from the technical person to explain our situation.
Also, the pricing for a scheduled visit was higher than I expected based upon the cost of the first emergency response on site visit.
